We are assigning our 'A-2' short-term issuer credit rating to Questar Gas Co. and our 'A-2' short-term rating to the company's $250 million commercial paper program. At the same time, we are affirming our existing ratings on the company, including our 'BBB+' long-term issuer credit rating. The stable outlook reflects our outlook on parent Dominion Resources Inc. (DRI) that incorporates our expectation that DRI will continue to consist mostly of lower-risk regulated utilities and that the consolidated financial measures will consistently be in the middle of the range for the significant financial risk profile category.
