On Feb. 25, 2010, we placed the 'BBB-' rating on U.S. power generator Panoche Energy Center LLC's $321 million senior secured bonds on CreditWatch with negative implications due to concerns about a transformer-related outage that began on Dec. 21, 2009 at unit 4. We are removing the rating from CreditWatch and affirming the rating following the successful return to service of the unit and strong operating results at units 1-3. The outlook is stable. On Sept. 24, 2010, Standard&Poor's Ratings Services affirmed its 'BBB-' rating on Panoche's $321 million senior secured bonds and removed it from CreditWatch with negative implications.
