(FP&L). - NEE also indicated that its independent internal investigation being conducted by a law firm has been substantially completed and believes that FP&L would not be found liable for any of the Florida campaign finance law violations alleged based on its investigation. - As such, we affirmed all of our ratings on NEE, including our 'A-' issuer credit rating.
