Abstract:

S&P Global Ratings assigned its 'A+' long-term rating to New York City Health and Hospitals Corp. 's (HHC) $240.5 million health system bonds, 2025 series A. At the same time, we affirmed our 'A+' long-term rating and underlying rating (SPUR) on HHC's health system bonds outstanding. In addition, we affirmed our 'AA+/A-1' joint support rating on HHC's 2008 series B and C variable-rate health system bonds, where the short-term component is based on liquidity support from TD Bank N.A. (A+/A-1) and the long-term component is based on joint support. Finally, we affirmed our 'AA+/A-1+' joint support rating on HHC's 2008 series D and E variable-rate health system bonds, where the short-term component is based on liquidity support from JP Morgan
