We revised Mitsubishi HC Capital UK PLC's (MHCCUK) group status to highly strategic from core, because we think it may be marginally less integral to its parent's future strategy. The highly strategic status reflects MHCCUK's strong profitability and good market positioning in the U.K. and a still high likelihood that it would receive parental support if needed. The change in group status does not affect our short-term issuer credit rating on MHCCUK, which we affirmed at 'A-2'.
