On Sept. 18, 2008, Standard&Poor's Ratings Services placed its 'AA-/A-1+' long- and short-term counterparty credit ratings on Lloyds TSB Group PLC (Lloyds TSB) on CreditWatch with negative implications. At the same time, Standard&Poor's placed its 'AA' long-term counterparty credit rating on its subsidiary Lloyds TSB Bank PLC on CreditWatch with negative implications.
