A federal court review of the proposed U.S. Department of Justice settlement, which requires event ticket broker Ticketmaster to make significant changes to its merger with live entertainment promoter Live Nation, is pending. Our 'B' rating on Live Nation remains on CreditWatch with positive implications. Our 'BB' rating on Ticketmaster remains on CreditWatch with negative implications. The CreditWatch listings reflect that if the settlement is approved, we would consolidate the entities for analytical purposes and equalize the ratings at 'BB-'.
