S&P Global Ratings expects Live Nation Entertainment Inc.'s revenues to improve as live music events return to scale over the second half of 2021. We have revised our rating outlook on Live Nation to stable from negative and affirmed our 'B' issuer credit rating on the company. Our stable outlook on Live Nation reflects our expectation that live music event attendance will recover in the second half of 2021 and reach pre-pandemic levels in 2022 as social-distancing restrictions are lifted. This should result in leverage declining to the low-6x area in 2022 and free operating cash flow (FOCF) to debt in the mid-single-digit area.
