Following a review of Home Capital Group, we are affirming our ratings on the company, including our 'BBB-' long-term issuer credit rating on Home Capital, and our 'BBB' long-term issuer credit rating on Home Trust Co. The stable outlook reflects our expectation that Home Capital is well positioned to manage the credit risks and competitive pressures acting on its mortgage-lending franchise, in a variety of future economic and housing market conditions. On May 16, 2014, Standard&Poor's Ratings Services affirmed its ratings on Home Capital Group, including its 'BBB-' long-term issuer credit rating on Home Capital and its 'BBB' long-term issuer credit rating on Home Trust Co. At the same time, Standard&Poor's assigned its 'BBB' issue-level rating
