We anticipate that Hexion Inc.'s earnings in 2021 will strengthen from weak 2020 levels and that cash flow generation will turn meaningfully positive this year, albeit toward the end of the year. We expect a global economic recovery to assist in this improvement. As a result, we anticipate leverage metrics will stabilize within our range of expectations for the rating. We revised the outlook to stable from negative and affirmed our 'B-' issuer credit rating on Hexion. We also affirmed all our issue-level ratings on Hexion. The recovery ratings are unchanged.
