Abstract:

On Oct. 14, 2011, Standard&Poor's Ratings Services withdrew its 'BBB' issue-level rating on GrafTech International Ltd.'s existing senior secured revolving credit facility due 2013. The withdrawal follows the company's replacement of the credit facility with a new credit facility that we will not rate. The new amended and restated credit facility provides for a $570 million senior secured credit facility due Oct. 7, 2016. 2008 Corporate Criteria: Analytical Methodology, April 15, 2008 Ratings Withdrawn To From GrafTech Finance Inc.
