We are affirming our ratings on George Weston Ltd., including our 'BBB' long-term corporate credit rating on the company. At the same time, we are revising our business risk profile to strong from satisfactory and our financial risk profile to significant from intermediate. The stable outlook reflects our view that adjusted debt-to-EBITDA will be in the low 3x area over the next couple of years. On May 4, 2016, S&P Global Ratings affirmed its ratings on George Weston Ltd., including its 'BBB' long-term corporate credit and senior unsecured debt ratings on the company.
