S&P Global Ratings assigned its 'AA-' rating to Four Lakes Special Assessment District , Mich.'s roughly $80 million series 2025 limited-tax general obligation (GO) special assessment bonds, issued for Gladwin County . At the same time, we affirmed our 'AA-' rating on Gladwin County's GO debt, previously issued by and on behalf of the county and for the county by various issuers.
