Expleo Group announced an amend-and-extend transaction to address the upcoming maturity of its revolving credit facility (RCF) due in March 2027 and €610 million term loan B (TLB), due in September 2027. Lenders agreed to extend the maturities by 2.5 years, subject to the successful execution of noncore asset disposals, with a minimum of €70 million proceeds, which are not yet secured, to be used for partial debt repayment by September. In addition, macroeconomic headwinds could continue to create significant volatility in performance, with persistent weakness across some key end markets weighing on revenue growth, despite strong growth from the aerospace and defense sectors. This, in turn, could delay the group's deleveraging from our estimate of 11.5x at year-end 2025.
