On March 27, 2008, Standard&Poor's Ratings Services affirmed its 'BBB-' rating on Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (Enterprise Products) and its operating subsidiary Enterprise Products Operating LLC following our periodic review of the companies. The outlook on both companies is stable. As of Dec. 31, 2007 the company had about $6.9 billion of debt outstanding. Enterprise Products is a midstream energy partnership with an integrated network that includes natural gas gathering, processing, transportation, and storage; natural gas liquids (NGL) fractionation, transportation, and storage; and crude oil transportation. The partnership also develops midstream infrastructure in the deepwater Gulf of Mexico and offers offshore platform production services.
