S&P Global Ratings assigned its 'AA+' long-term rating to the city of East Haddam , Conn.'s approximately $6.565 million series 2025 general obligation (GO) bonds. We also affirmed our 'AA+' long-term rating on the town's GO debt outstanding and our ?SP-1+? rating on its outstanding bond anticipation notes (BANs). The outlook, where applicable, is stable.
