Consolidated Container Co. LLC's operating trends have improved, and we expect its credit metrics to remain stable in the near to intermediate term. In our view, the company's meaningful free cash generation should result in continued adequate liquidity. We are raising the corporate credit rating on Consolidated Container to 'B' from 'B-'. We are also raising the issue-level ratings on the company's first- and second-lien term loans, with the recovery ratings on both issues remaining unchanged.
