On March 11, 2019, S&P Global Ratings assigned its 'A-1' short-term issuer credit rating to multinational catering services provider Compass Group PLC. We also assigned our 'A-1' short-term issuer credit rating to the group's finance subsidiary, Compass Group Finance Netherlands B.V., and its intermediate holding company, Compass Group International B.V. The group's 'A' long-term issuer credit rating and stable outlook remain unchanged.
