On Jan. 15, 2015, Standard&Poor's Ratings Services affirmed its 'BB-' corporate credit rating on Garfield Heights, Ohio-based Chart Industries Inc. At the same time, we affirmed our 'BB-' issue-level ratings on the company's subordinated debt, with a '3' recovery rating, indicating our expectation of meaningful recovery (50% to 70%, lower half of the range) in the event of a payment default.
