Abstract:

Banca Mifel S.A.'s capitalization levels have gradually improved in the past couple of years. This helped relieve pressure on its risk-adjusted capital (RAC) ratio, which we now expect to be comfortably in line with our assessment of the bank's capital and earnings. We're revising the outlook on our global and national scale ratings on the Mexican bank to stable from negative. Additionally, we're withdrawing at issuer's request the 'BB-/B' global scale ratings. Moreover, we're affirming the 'mxA-/mxA-2' national scale ratings. On June 21, 2022, S&P Global Ratings revised the outlook on its global and national scale ratings on Banca Mifel to stable from negative. Immediately afterwards, we withdrew at issuer's request our 'BB-/B' ratings. In addition, we affirmed our 'mxA-/mxA-2'
