Avison Young (Canada) Inc. is a principal-owned and led full-service commercial real estate services firm based in Toronto, offering a wide range of real estate-related services. We expect the company to raise approximately US$130 million senior secured notes. We are assigning our 'B+' long-term issuer credit rating to Avison Young and our 'B+' rating to its proposed senior secured offering. The stable outlook reflects our expectation that Avison Young will continue on its very strong and ambitious growth path, while maintaining current leverage levels (debt/adjusted EBITDA between 6x-7x).
