We are assigning our 'B+' issue-level rating and '3' recovery rating to U.S. cable TV provider Atlantic Broadband Finance LLC's proposed senior secured credit facilities. We are also affirming our 'B+' corporate credit rating on the company. The stable outlook is based on our expectations for continued meaningful free cash flow generation. On Nov. 8, 2010, Standard&Poor's Ratings assigned its 'B+' issue-level rating and '3' recovery rating to Quincy, Mass.-based cable TV provider Atlantic Broadband Finance LLC's proposed $600 million secured credit facility.
