We changed our view of the company's liquidity to exceptional from strong on Feb. 24, 2014, and inadvertently did not revise the short-term rating or CP rating. We are raising the short-term counterparty credit rating and CP rating on Allstate Corp. to 'A-1' from 'A-2'. We are subsequently withdrawing the CP rating. On March 23, 2015, Standard&Poor's Ratings Services raised its short-term counterparty credit rating and commercial paper (CP) rating on Allstate Corp. to 'A-1' from 'A-2'. We subsequently withdrew the 'A-1' CP rating because there is currently no CP outstanding.
