Inc. and affirming our ratings on core subsidiary Acrisure LLC. Our ratings reflect our view that the company's business risk profile is fair and the financial risk profile is highly leveraged. The stable outlook reflects our view that Acrisure will continue to produce favorable margins and earnings growth, enabling it to maintain credit metrics we consider appropriate for the current ratings. On April 15, 2016, Standard&Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'B' corporate credit rating to Acrisure Holdings Inc.
