S&P Global Ratings assigned its ?AAA? long-term enhanced rating and ?BBB-? underlying rating to Arlington Higher Financing Corp. , Texas? series 2025A and series 2025B (taxable) education revenue bonds, issued for A+ Charter School Inc. (ACS). At the same time, S&P Global Ratings affirmed its ?BBB-? underlying rating on Pottsboro Higher Education Finance Corporation , Texas' series 2020A (tax-exempt) and series 2020B (taxable) education revenue bonds, issued for ACS. The outlook is stable. The 'AAA' program rating reflects our view of ACS's participation in the Texas Permanent School Fund (PSF) bond guarantee program, which provides the security of a permanent fund of assets that could be used to meet debt service on the series 2020 and 2025 bonds.
