TOKYO (Standard&Poor's) April 7, 2015--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services today said that it has published a Japanese-language report detailing the structural features common to each series of Japan Housing Finance Agency's (JHF) structured notes. JHF--an incorporated administrative agency and the sole government-related entity that specializes in mortgage lending in Japan--was established in April 2007 to inherit the receivables and obligations held by the former Government Housing Loan Corp. (GHLC) as well as its operations. GHLC began issuing regular residential mortgage-secured pass-through notes in March 2001, and JHF has issued JHF structured notes since it inherited GHLC's operations. The full report is available in Japanese on Standard&Poor's Research Online at www.researchonline.jp, or via Standard&Poor's public
