PARIS (Standard&Poor's) Dec. 3, 2003, Standard&Poor's Ratings Services said today that it had affirmed its 'A' long-term and 'A-1' short-term counterparty credit ratings on Credit Suisse Group (CSG). At the same time, the 'A+' long-term and 'A-1' short-term counterparty credit ratings on Credit Suisse, Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB), Credit Suisse First Boston (USA) Inc., and Credit Suisse First Boston International were also affirmed. The outlook on the group and its banking entities is stable. In addition, Standard&Poor's also affirmed its 'A' counterparty credit and financial strength ratings on Winterthur Swiss Insurance Co.
