OVERVIEW We raised our ratings on the class A-2 notes issued from North Carolina State Education Assistance Authority series 2011-1 and 2011-2. These actions follow the publication of our criteria regarding payment priority changes upon a nonmonetary event of default. The upgrades reflect our view that available credit enhancement is sufficient to support the higher ratings. NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) July 27, 2015--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services today raised its ratings on the class A-2 notes issued from North Carolina State Education Assistance Authority series 2011-1 and 2011-2 (see list). Both issuances are asset-backed securities transactions collateralized by separate student loan pools originated through the U.S. Department of Education (ED)Federal Family Education Loan Program (FFELP).
