OVERVIEW We raised our ratings on the class A-2 notes issued from North Carolina State Education Assistance Authority series 2011-1 and 2011-2. These actions follow the publication of our criteria regarding payment priority changes upon a nonmonetary event of default. The upgrades reflect our view that available credit enhancement is sufficient to support the higher ratings.
