OVERVIEW We reviewed our ratings on Vermont Student Assistant Corp.'s Senior series 2014A and 2015A bonds, which are ABS transactions backed by pools of private student loan collateral. We raised and affirmed our ratings on bonds from both the transactions to 'AAA (sf)' based on the collateral performance to date, future expected performance, and each transaction's structure and credit enhancement. The rating actions also reflect our understanding that the issuer does not intend to issue additional bonds from either transaction, which could affect the level of available credit enhancement.
