Abstract:

Fidelity National Financial (FNF) has completed the consolidation of its title insurance underwriters. FNF merged Chicago Title Insurance Co. of Oregon into its parent, Security Union Title Insurance, on June 29. In addition, on June 30, Security Union Title Insurance and Ticor Title Insurance were merged into Chicago Title Insurance Co., and FNF merged Lawyers Title Insurance into its parent, Fidelity National Title Insurance. We are withdrawing our counterparty credit and financial strength ratings on Chicago Title Insurance Co. of Oregon, Security Union Title Insurance, Ticor Title Insurance, and Lawyers Title Insurance. The ratings and outlook on FNF remain unchanged. NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) July 7, 2010--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services today said it withdrew its 'A-' counterparty credit
