CHICAGO (S&P Global Ratings) Oct. 25, 2018--S&P Global Ratings corrected by withdrawing its rating on Port of Oakland?s series 2000K and series 2002L revenue bonds, and series 2002N port refunding revenue bonds. S&P Global Ratings affirmed these ratings in previous reviews. However, the bonds are no longer outstanding following a refunding in 2012.
