OVERVIEW On June 13, 2013, we kept on CreditWatch negative our rating on the class A1 and A2 notes in Sestante Finance's series 1 following our May 28, 2013 downgrade of the swap provider, Commerzbank. Following our performance review, we have affirmed and removed from CreditWatch negative our ratings on the class A1 and A2 notes in Sestante Finance's series 1. Sestante Finance's series 1 is a securitization of Italian residential mortgage loans, which Meliorbanca originated.
