HONG KONG (Standard&Poor's) Feb. 4, 2009--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services today withdrew its 'SD' long-term corporate credit rating on MagnaChip Semiconductor LLC, its 'CC' rating on the company's US$100 million revolving credit facility, and its 'D' ratings on the company's US$200 million notes, US$300 million notes, and US$250 million subordinated notes, at the company's request.
