NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) Dec. 9, 2013--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services today placed its ratings on 22 joint-supported bond issues related to Waste management Inc. on CreditWatch with positive implications, and affirmed five of them (see ratings list). Today's rating actions reflect the Nov. 26, 2013 placement of the 'BBB' long-term and 'A-2' short-term issuer credit ratings of Waste Management Inc., the guarantor/obligor, on CreditWatch with positive implications. The long- and short-term components of our ratings on the bonds are based on the joint support provided by the letter of credit (LOC) provider Bank of America N.A. (A/A-1), JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. (A+/A-1), PNC Bank, N.A. (A/A-1), or Wells Fargo Bank N.A. (AA-/A-1+) and Waste management Inc. ('BBB/A-2'), the
