NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) Sept. 29, 2015--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services placed its ratings on 110 Berkshire Hathaway Assurance Corp.-insured U.S. Public Finance issues on CreditWatch with negative implications. At the same time, Standard&Poor's withdrew its outlook and affirmed its 'AA+/A-1' and 'AA+' ratings on Citigroup Global Markets ROCs/ROLs II-R Trust's series 11697 reset-option certificates (ROCs) and reset-option longs (ROLs), respectively. Standard&Poor's also withdrew its outlook and affirmed its 'AA+/A-1' and 'AA+' ratings on JPMorgan Securities PUTTERs&DRIVERs Trust's series 3419 puttable tax-exempt receipts (PUTTERs) and derivative inverse tax-exempt receipts (DRIVERs), respectively.
