NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) July 30, 2015--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services assigned the following ratings to 12 fmsbonds Inc. tender option bond series 2015-XF trust puttable floating rate receipts (floaters) and 12 residual receipts (residuals), collectively "the receipts". The outlook, where applicable, is stable. These trusts are issued under the common document initiative using net liquidity. For these transactions, fmsbonds Inc. is both the trustor and trust administrator, and Citibank N.A. is the liquidity provider. The receipts were formerly issued as reset-option certificates (ROCs) and reset-option longs (ROLs) under individual trusts by Citigroup Global Markets ROCs/ROLs II-R Trust. Although the CUSIPs associated with the former ROCs and ROLs will remain the same, fmsbonds Inc. is transferring the underlying bonds
