MELBOURNE (S&P Global Ratings) Dec. 22, 2022--S&P Global Ratings today affirmed its ratings on five classes of notes of prime residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS) issued by Perpetual Corporate Trust Ltd. as trustee of the IDOL 2017-1 Trust(see list). The transaction continues to perform well. As of Nov. 30, 2022, the IDOL 2017-1 pool has a current weighted-average loan-to-value ratio of 42.2%, weighted-average seasoning of 87.1 months, and pool factor of about 17.6%. Loans greater than 30 days in arrears represent 0.5% of the pool, of which 0.4% is more than 90 days in arrears. There have been no losses to date.
