SAN FRANCISCO (Standard&Poor's) June 21, 2013--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services raised its long-term rating and underlying rating (SPUR) rating to 'AA-' from 'A+' on Vista Unified School District, Calif.'s general obligation (GO) bonds. At the same time, Standard&Poor's raised its long-term rating to 'A+' from 'A' on the district's existing certificates of participation (COPs). The outlook on all ratings is stable.
