NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) July 30, 2019--S&P Global Ratings today corrected by raising its rating to 'A/A-1' from 'A-/A-2' on Indiana Finance Authority's environmental improvement revenue refunding bonds series 2006, due Aug. 1, 2030. The bond issue is related to ArcelorMittal (BBB-/A-3) and supported by a letter of credit (LOC) provided by Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria S.A. (A-/A-2). Today's rating action, which was delayed due to a system error, reflects the April 6, 2018, upgrade of our long-term issuer credit rating on Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria S.A to 'A-/A-2' from 'BBB+/A-2'.
