NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) Feb. 26, 2010--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services today withdrew its rating on the C$48,031,000 portfolio credit-linked notes issued by The Toronto-Dominion Bank (see list). The transaction is a synthetic collateralized debt obligation (CDO). The rating withdrawal follows the full redemption of the notes on the Dec. 22, 2009, redemption date.
