LONDON (Standard&Poor's) Aug. 5, 2008—Standard&Poor's Ratings Services said today that it has lowered to 'AA-' from 'AAA' its credit rating on the $10 million credit-linked notes (STAKE) issued by Deutsche Bank AG. We have lowered the rating after the rating on the underlying obligor was lowered.
