CHICAGO (S&P Global Ratings) March 28, 2017--S&P Global Ratings has corrected by lowering its rating to 'AA-' from 'AA' on Connecticut's 2016 series E general obligation (GO) bonds, due in 2034(CUSIP 20772J4N9). The outlook is stable. At the same time, S&P Global Ratings has corrected by withdrawing its 'AA-' underlying rating (SPUR) on the same maturity.
