MILAN (Standard&Poor's) Nov. 19, 2008—Standard&Poor's Ratings Services today lowered and removed from CreditWatch negative its credit rating on the series 4 class C2 notes issued by Sestante Finance S.r.l. At the same time, we removed from CreditWatch negative and affirmed our credit ratings on the series 4 class A1, A2, B, and C1 notes and all the series 2 and series 3 notes (see list below). Today's rating actions address the rating impact of the insolvency of the interest rate cap provider, Lehman Brothers, in the three transactions.
