OVERVIEW We have assigned our 'AAA (sf)' rating to the asset-backed fixed-rate class A notes issued by Cars Alliance Auto Loans Germany Master FCT. The transaction refinances a portfolio of auto-loan receivables originated in Germany. The originator, RCI Banque, Niederlassung Deutschland, is the German branch of RCI Banque, the captive finance company of the French car manufacturer, Renault.
