TORONTO (Standard&Poor's) March 7, 2005--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services today said that it expects the upcoming opinion to be provided by the Province of Ontario's auditor, regarding the province's intended inclusion of C$3.9 billion in one-time revenues (as reported in Ontario's fiscal 2005 operating revenues), will not affect the ratings or outlook on the province.
