NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) June 22, 2007--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services said today that it raised its ratings on Priceline.com Inc., including raising the corporate credit rating to 'B+' from 'B'. The ratings were removed from CreditWatch with positive implications, where they were placed on April 9, 2007. The outlook is positive. "The upgrade is based on strong operating performance and improving credit measures," said Standard&Poor's credit analyst Andy Liu. "We expect Priceline.com to continue its strong performance and market share gain, especially in the growing international markets, in the absence of an unexpected shock to the travel industry."
