ITR Concession Co. LLC (ITRCC, or the project), under a public-private transportation concession and lease agreement with the Indiana Finance Authority (IFA), will collect tolls and maintain the Indiana Toll Road (ITR) for the remaining life of the concession (about 66 years). ITR is a 157-mile toll road that links the Chicago Skyway in the west to the Ohio Turnpike in the east. The route has 21 toll plazas and 10 travel plazas that are currently operational. The project will self-perform all maintenance and will rely solely on toll revenues to service debt and maintenance. The project is 100% owned by IFM Global Infrastructure Fund (IFM). On May 27, 2015, the project issued a $1.269 billion acquisition term loan facility
