...Freddie Mac STACR Remic Trust 2026-DNA4 (STACR 2026-DNA4) is structured as a real estate mortgage investment conduit (REMIC), which could help protect investors from counterparty risk exposure to Freddie Mac. The notes are issued from a trust with assets primarily consisting of the note proceeds, investments on those proceeds, and the designated qualified-REMIC (Q- REMIC) interests. The transaction structure provides for minimum credit enhancement to the senior tranche from the subordinate tranches that will equal 3.10% of the current balance. Below this threshold, all scheduled and unscheduled principal will be paid to the senior tranche--unless the supplemental reduction amount threshold (5.50%) is breached. STACR 2026-DNA4 will use SOFR as the reference rate to calculate class coupons on the notes.
