TOKYO (Standard&Poor's) March 27, 2015--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services today said that it has affirmed and withdrawn its preliminary ratings on 10 shelf filings established by Japanese corporate issuers (see list below). The withdrawals of the preliminary ratings reflect a lack of sufficient market interest in such ratings. The withdrawals do not affect the ratings on outstanding and future individual issues drawn from the shelves.
