OVERVIEW We have assigned our preliminary 'AAA (sf)' rating to MASTER CREDIT CARDS PASS COMPARTMENT FRANCE's asset-backed class A2013-1 notes. The notes will be backed by a portfolio of credit card receivables originated in France by Carrefour Banque. PARIS (Standard&Poor's) Oct. 29, 2013--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services today assigned its preliminary 'AAA (sf)' credit rating to MASTER CREDIT CARDS PASS COMPARTMENT FRANCE's €400 million asset-backed class A2013-1 notes. At the same time, the issuer will also issue unrated class B2013-1 notes, unrated class S seller notes, and €300 unrated residual units. The securitized portfolio comprises drawings made by private individuals under a revolving credit agreement, originated in France by Carrefour Banque.
